There's Still Hope

I saw this today and felt the need to share it.  There's often the urge to simply let it all go, pull in the doormat and wait for that "knock".  Then there's things like Zimmerman's "not guilty" verdict and articles like this one:

"Missouri schools will be encouraged to teach first-graders a gun safety course sponsored by the National Rifle Association as a result of legislation signed Friday by Gov. Jay Nixon."

If I lived in Mo, my grandkids would be taking that course.  I'll settle for teaching them here in New England where we live.
