The Necessary Medicine

Our Founding Father accurately predicts the current state of affairs in both the Patriot world and our nation.  He also has the only remedy which can ensure our desired end comes to pass.  As Christ Himself said: "... without Me, ye can do nothing."

Our efforts and our Nation are coincidentally doomed without the Providential Guiding Hand of God.

He MUST BE the core and driving force of our preparations for both conflict and emergent Restoration of ur Republic.  May it be so with each of us.

There's Still Hope

I saw this today and felt the need to share it.  There's often the urge to simply let it all go, pull in the doormat and wait for that "knock".  Then there's things like Zimmerman's "not guilty" verdict and articles like this one:

"JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. –  Missouri schools will be encouraged to teach first-graders a gun safety course sponsored by the National Rifle Association as a result of legislation signed Friday by Gov. Jay Nixon."

If I lived in Mo, my grandkids would be taking that course.  I'll settle for teaching them here in New England where we live.

WHAT HAVE WE TO CELEBRATE ?

I'm angry today.  Actually, more so than usual as I find myself this way more often than not anymore.  I'm angry about so much that I'm not certain there's room on one readable page for everything. 

So much nonsense about the meaning of today.  So much hype, so much wrong and misleading information.  Contrast that with the little concern for what really took place and how far we've purposefully been removed from it.  If not for the connection to my profession and associated activities, I'd delete my Facebook account.  Understand that I'm not anti-bbq, family/friend gatherings and a little down time for R&R.  What I am against is the wholesale ignorance of the significance of this date.  Celebration is great when the point of the effort is central.  Sadly, that was lost long ago. 

I'm angry too that I spent so many years like all the other sheeple, just moving with the flock, being worked and maneuvered by the wretched rhetoric that is continually spewed from the lamestream media's overpaid hacks and lackeys. 

Having reached my 60's, I'm very well aware that time spent is unrecoverable. 

With this "coming of age", has also come the decision to determine what is truly important and what is not.  Here's some of what IS very important to me:

My Bible is open to John 8:32 which states:

" And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."

Truth: this nation was founded by men of faith and character and upon the Bible from which those same men learned about faith and character.   We're lied to on a regular and consistent basis by those in the government and now without even the pretense of civility.  Their lies and the consequences of them will come home to roost one day - and that day is being approached at breakneck speed.

"WHAT!!?? A 'man of the cloth' feels he needs or even should be armed???!!!"  Yes, because it is my AND YOUR Biblical mandate to provide for my own which, for you lilypants, over-pious, so-called "pastors" who selectively believe our God-inspired Bible, means PROTECTION IN THIS WORLD as well.  And while we're on this subject, I'll let you know now that in addition to the 6 rounds this little popper .380 has in it, I carry 2 additional 5-rd mags - "just in case".   All 16 rds are personal protection hollow points.  Why would any self-respecting, family-loving, God-fearing man buy health, home, and vehicle insurance(where's your "faith in Gawd", eh??) and NOT arm himself to say nothing of arming and training his family?   Senseless hypocrisy.

I wear the hat regularly now to display my support of those who went before and those with whom I share common ideas and principles today.  The silhouette of the minuteman on the cap to the left represents John Parker.  The statue this likeness is taken from stands in Lexington, Ma.  Do the research on your own.  The roman 3 is representative of the number of actual participants and supporters in our First War for Independence.    Attached to the back of my cap is a velcro strip which has the greek characters equivalent to "molon labe".  Again, you do the homework as to what that means.

When things do finally "go south" and come out the other end, how will anyone answer as to how YOU were counted during the difficulties? 

Another Step Toward the Goal

Last evening at 5:00PM Eastern the Glenn Beck Program aired the following piece:

This is the public outting of the III Patriots and more specifically the public presentation of the III Citadel.  I am proud to say that I stand squarely behind this movement.  I have met a few of the key personalities responsible for the movement's formation and furtherance.  I am also a member of the III Congress.  Although situated nearly as remotely as one could be, I intend to put any effort I can to this organization.

I am loathe to list the slights and injuries inflicted by the recent regimes which have seized control of this nation.  I am standing up to take my place among the few have decided to do more than simply uncover, share and decry the atrocities. 

During the interview, Glenn Beck asked about religion and what place it nay or not have in the Citadel.  I agree with him that God had a huge part in the formation of this nation.  He will need to have that same part again.  It is my intension to beg for His intervention on our behalf to set this nation aright once again. 

Freedom for each individual man was God-given from the first day of man's very creation.  There are those today who would take that from us and be themselves our gods.  I will not bow to them.  It is time for like-minded men and women to stand against the tyranny and evil that has begun an unveiled assault on our liberties through twisted use of regulation and the power associated with it.  The very regulatory power we, the people, have surrendered to them.

What I am, however, is as determined as he is to decry the resident evil that has so boldly and blatantly manifested itself in recent times. 

It's past time for the men of my profession to stand on the Principles of Liberty and proclaim them.  It will cause a number of things among which are: 1) a lower Sunday crowd, 2) consequently lower offerings, 3) ire and mistrust of some of "the faithfu;", 4) possible ousting from the pulpit by that same group of "the faithful", 5) very likely "routine auditing" by various .gov agencies which may or not have anything to do with tax exempt status.  All of these things matter - IF one is more concerned with the "temporal" side of pastoring than with the spiritual mandate of "... preaching the word..." and being "... instant in season, out of season..." 

There is a decision to be made, not only by Johnny Q. living on Main St, USA to stand and live in Freedom and to resist those who would deny that right, but by those men who stand in America's pulpits.  The mandate, the charge, the responsibility is for "... a man (to) be found faithful."  and that NOT to Caesar but to the King of Kings, "... who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus..."

"And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word." 1Kings 18:21

Why are you silent as those of Israel in Elijah's day? Is it because, as then, you've forgotten Who has redeemed, sanctified and called you to be His Oracles here in this present world? 

As the depth of evil in this nation is revealed, it has become impossible to continue to hide behind Romans 13 any longer.  You, preacher, stand in the precarious position of either deciding to make a stand for the Liberty this nation was formed in by God's Own Hand or call the actions of our Forefathers sin...
